So you had a bad day
The second day of October and my 8 week plan sucked big time. I had a terrible day, I got a bad grade and I was just plain ill. I ate a cheeseburger for the first time in over a month and since I had so much to do we grabbed a pizza for dinner. I only had two slices but I am sure that it was too many calories. I did have personal training at the gym though so maybe I burned off the extra calories that I ate. All I can do is try harder today :)
