Day One

I am starting an 8 week weight loss challenge today. My goal is to lose 3 pounds a week. That is 24 pounds! I joined Gold's Gym about a month ago, I have personal training sessions twice a week. My plan for attaining this goal is to limit myself to 1200 calories daily and work out 6 days a week. I am starting out at 232 pounds, I just did my measurements and they are: Chest 46, Waist 50, Hips 52, Thigh 29, Calf 16 and Bicep 15. I cannot wait to see results. This morning my breakfast consisted of two scrambled eggs(2 whites, 1 yolk), 2 slices of bread, a banana and a glass of green tea for a total of 395 calories. I am about to go hop on the elliptical and put in at least 30 minutes. I have a busy week this week, a midterm today, so I hope that I do okay with my goals while trying to balance all my responsibilities.
